The Green Park Building company has relied on personalHOME for the development of a new promotion in the expansion area of San Juan, behind the Faculty of Medicine of the Miguel Hernández University, from the design and project, to the construction and marketing of this exclusive development of 4 couplets.

Each villa has 216 square meters distributed over two floors with a basement. It has been designed in a modern style, at the forefront of contemporary architecture, energy efficient, and covering a wide range of needs.

Ideal for those who want a very complete home, with personality and natural lighting throughout the day.

The house is perfectly distributed on two floors and a basement with an English patio.The ground floor has a spacious living room, a fully furnished open plan kitchen equipped with an extractor and an induction hob, a toilet and a magnificent porch.

On the first floor there is the rest area, consisting of the master bedroom suite with terrace, two single bedrooms and a bathroom.

In the basement we have a large multipurpose room and a large English patio to provide light and ventilation for this area of the house.

On a plot of just over 900 meters, the project designed and managed from personalHOME, takes advantage of the slope of the land, offering open views in the neighborhood, eminently residential.

On the ground floor, the design considers a house with the rooms for common use, such as a an open kitchen, dining room and living room. It also has a double bedroom with private bathroom, gallery, store room and a courtesy restroom. With access from the outside, a storage room and the machine room complete this part of the house.

On the second floor are located the rooms for private use: two bedrooms with private bathroom, closets or dressing room and an office area. All are distributed around the stairs. The master bedroom also has a 30 m2 terrace.

Nearly 300 square meters that are completed the house with large terraces, porches, garden and a swimming pool, a luxury of amenities for the family that will soon inhabit the house of their dreams.

Casa Palmera, A Villa At Different Height Levels

Ana Carrascosa of Sargo Estudio, personalHOME's partners, is the architects who designed this peculiar project for a single-family house that Grupo Renovak Building Company has built in the residential area of Lloixa (San Juan). The studied design aims to merge the exterior and interior areas, trying to generate a natural flow with the spaces.

To achieve this, the rooms of the house are at different levels. In addition, the use of the room also determines the height of the floor slabs to provide more privacy or comfort in the rooms with a height of 2.50 metres compared to the more than 3 metres of the living room, with light and amplitude being the protagonists of this space.

In total, 176 square metres distributed in 4 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bathrooms and a toilet; and 70 square metres of basement for garage, studio and gym. All this on a plot of almost 600 square metres that have a swimming pool, garden areas, a small orchard, barbecue and porch, which following the design philosophy will connect with the kitchen and dining room.

Three Houses Adapted To The Orography Of The Land

On a plot of 900 square metres in the well-known residential area of Lloixa de San Juan, Grupo Renovak Building Company is building three independent single-family houses, at different levels, according to a project designed by Ana Carrascosa from Sargo Estudio, a personalHOME's partner, who has managed to perfectly fit the urban planning guidelines with the orography of the land and the interests and needs of the private developers.

So, we find three villas of about 120 square metres distributed over two floors, on independent plots with garden and swimming pool area. Each of the houses has the particularity provided by the land and the owner.

The house located at the north end of the plot has a ground floor distribution of almost 70 square metres with a large living-dining room with open kitchen, a music room and a complete bathroom with bathtub. On the first floor, around a large terrace, there are two double bedrooms, one with a dressing room and the other with a built-in wardrobe, which share the second full bathroom of the house.

The property on the south side is characterised by a more rectangular layout, 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor, and two complete bathrooms. In addition to a large living-dining room with open kitchen and access to the porch, this house has a small studio.

Finally, very similar in terms of distribution to the previous house, there is a third villa to the east of the plot with almost 120 square metres, also on two floors.
