In the case of this project that will shortly begin construction in San Juan, in the residential area of La Font, where the elongated geometry of the plot has marked the very design of this 400-square meter house on two floors with a bright basement of 72 square meters thanks to the large English patio.

The ground floor has a spacious and bright living room, along with a 28-meter kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and game room.
The first floor, in addition to a large bedroom with dressing room and bathroom en suite, 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom and an office with a terrace.

Two beautiful villas with private swimming pools

Alicante is the favourite place today for foreign citizens who wish to live in a quiet city with all services within easy reach.Within the metropolitan area of Alicante, the residential neighbourhood of La Font, in San Juan, has become a premium area for investing in land and building your own home.

There is a case of these two families who have chosen personalHOME for the construction of the house of their dreams. The turnkey concept and closed price has been definitive in his choice due to the confidence it has generated.

This project, which just completed, is developed on a plot of almost 1,000 square meters, where the construction of this complex is located, which consists of two chalets with their own land of almost 500 square meters, a swimming pool and a garden area on each of the plots. The promoters chose the personalHOME K7a, with 140 square meters distributed over two floors. On the first floor, there is a spacious living room with an open kitchen and access to the porch and garden area, as well as a double bedroom and a full bathroom.

On the second floor, a bright room with dressing room and bathroom en suite, two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a bathroom.

The pool with a 40 square meter sheet of water will delight these families who in a few weeks will be able to enjoy a villa with a garden just a few meters from the beach.


On a plot of 900 square metres in the well-known residential area of Lloixa de San Juan, Grupo Renovak Building Company is building three independent single-family houses, at different levels, according to a project designed by Ana Carrascosa from Sargo Estudio, a personalHOME's partner, who has managed to perfectly fit the urban planning guidelines with the orography of the land and the interests and needs of the private developers.

So, we find three villas of about 120 square metres distributed over two floors, on independent plots with garden and swimming pool area. Each of the houses has the particularity provided by the land and the owner.

The house located at the north end of the plot has a ground floor distribution of almost 70 square metres with a large living-dining room with open kitchen, a music room and a complete bathroom with bathtub. On the first floor, around a large terrace, there are two double bedrooms, one with a dressing room and the other with a built-in wardrobe, which share the second full bathroom of the house.

The property on the south side is characterised by a more rectangular layout, 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor, and two complete bathrooms. In addition to a large living-dining room with open kitchen and access to the porch, this house has a small studio.

Finally, very similar in terms of distribution to the previous house, there is a third villa to the east of the plot with almost 120 square metres, also on two floors.


personalHOME has already handed over the keys of the 3 K5 villas built in La Font. After the irregular situation experienced during this 2020 in our country, the planning has not suffered major changes and the works have been delivered on time to the property.

The villas have been built using the personalHOME system where the client who does not live in Spain could choose the model of house that best suited their needs and tastes from their country, within the more than 21 different models, being in this case 2 K5b and 1 K5c the two models chosen.

The client provided the plot, located in the exclusive area of La Font, in Sant Joan de Alicante and personalHOME was in charge of locating the three houses and carrying out all the technical consultations, requesting licenses, managing taxes, etc. to start the project.

The three villas are located on a total plot of 1.800 square meters and each one of them has a private plot of 600 square meters with private swimming pool.
