At personalHOME, we’re thrilled to present one of our very latest and ambitious projects: an innovative co-living building in the heart of Alicante, directly across from the iconic ADDA. This project redefines urban living, transforming shared living into a modern and functional reality.
From the very first sketch, we’ve managed every detail of this building, which stands on a 138-square-meter plot. With a ground floor, four upper floors, an attic, and a convenient elevator, we’ve optimized every space to offer an exceptional co-living experience. In total, the building will house 17 apartments, meticulously designed to maximize comfort and privacy. The bedrooms range from 15.30 to 20 square meters, complemented by en-suite bathrooms from 2.55 to 5.50 square meters.
Spaces Designed for Connection and Comfort

The ground floor is the social heart of the building. Here, residents will enjoy a spacious communal kitchen and a generous living-dining area, perfect for interaction and leisure. We’ve also allocated efficient spaces for utilities and waste management.La planta baja es el corazón social del edificio. The first floor is designed for diversity. It features three bedrooms, all with en-suite kitchens and bathrooms, one of which is specially adapted for people with reduced mobility. Additionally, this floor offers a large, open terrace of nearly 31 square meters, perfect for enjoying Alicante’s climate.
Each of the second, third, and fourth floors houses four equally sized bedrooms, all equipped with en-suite kitchens and bathrooms, providing independence and comfort to each resident.
The crown jewel lies in the attic. Here you’ll find two exclusive bedrooms with en-suite kitchens, bathrooms, and individual 11-square-meter terraces, with stunning views.
A Solarium to Enjoy Views of Santa Barbara Castle
The experience doesn’t end in the apartment. On the rooftop, we’ve designed a spectacular 42-square-meter solarium, a perfect space to relax, socialize, and enjoy panoramic views of Alicante.
