Just over one kilometre from the coastline of Jávea, on a plot of nearly 1,000 square metres, personalHOME has designed a dream villa of 250 square metres with its own private swimming pool and jacuzzi.

The L-shaped villa is arranged around a central open courtyard and features a spacious ground floor of more than 140 square metres. At one end is the private wing with the master bedroom, an en-suite bathroom, and a gym, while the opposite end houses the living area with a large open-plan space that includes the living room, dining area, kitchen with pantry, and laundry room. At the centre of this floor are a home office and a guest WC. A generous covered terrace of more than 51 square metres connects directly to the swimming pool, which measures 56 square metres, and fills the entire ground floor with natural light thanks to the large floor-to-ceiling windows.

The upper floor, measuring just 60 square metres, offers three double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and views of the garden.

Villa Alegría is a new project by personalHOME. The design has already been approved by the client and is currently awaiting building permits before construction can begin.
