The first floor distributes its almost 90 square metres between a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and access to a private terrace, and two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a shared terrace.

It is important the design like a different detail of the house such as the steel and glass staircase banister or the domotization of different mechanisms such as the motorized operation of the people with management through a digital application.

Finally, in terms of renewable energies, an Aero thermo has been chosen for the management of DHW (Sanitary Hot Water) and the pre-installation for the future installation of photovoltaic panels.
