Under the name Gaia, this architectural project of almost 400 square meters between ground floor, basement and solarium is shown on a small plot of just over 650 square meters.
However, despite the size of the plot, the design developed by personalHOME shows a large single-family house that takes advantage of the plot’s own geometry.
Located in the residential area of Lloixa, in San Juan Pueblo de Alicante, this house has an open and bright 50-square-meter room that brings together living room, dining room and open kitchen, two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom and a large suite of more than 31 square meters, with dressing room and private bathroom. The courtesy toilet and laundry area complete the ground floor, which revolves around a large porch with access to the pool and a raised solarium area of 35 square meters.
A large basement of 180 square meters, with access from the outside and from the inside, expands the possibilities of this Mediterranean-inspired modern house.
