The construction project for a four-storey building with a basement between party walls in the city center is progressing.

Precisely the location has been the main obstacle to overcome as it is a very narrow street, which has complicated the logistics in the delivery of materials, removal of rubble or placement of the tower crane, necessary for this type of work.

This building has an avant-garde design that is reflected in the façade, with LED lighting and an aesthetic in which the black porcelain tile borders stand out.

Inside, the building has a basement where the installations room, a large warehouse and a laundry will be installed.
