The city of the Levante skyscrapers and cradle of tourism in our country, will open a new hotel in autumn, which is being built in the central street Marqués de Comillas.
Precisely its location, right in the centre of Benidorm, just a few metres from the Parque de Elche and the balcón de Benidorm, has been one of the main difficulties in the whole process due to the administrative obstacles derived from tourism. During the summer season, and in Benidorm it is very long, licenses and permits for the occupation of public roads are drastically reduced with all the delays that this generates.
Even so, the last phases of this boutique hotel with 21 rooms on the ground floor plus four floors, facing two streets, are being finalised. On the ground floor there is a reception hall, a machine room, an office with a living room and a room adapted for people with reduced mobility. Floors 1, 2 and 3 are symmetrical and house 6 rooms of similar dimensions, as well as the 3 rooms on the fourth floor, which, together with a solarium, complete the roof terrace of the building.
